About Us
The Queen’s Sports Industry Committee (QSIC) is a student-led organization under the Queen’s Commerce Society, based in Kingston, Ontario. Operated by a 30-person executive team, QSIC is made up of passionate Queen’s University students dedicated to educating and connecting the next generation of sports-business professionals.
For over 21 years, QSIC has brought together top business students from across Canada to engage with industry leaders, gain real-world insights, and explore career paths in sports marketing, management, analytics, media, and beyond.

Events & Programs
QSIC aims to offer a diverse range of events and programs that engage and support students passionate about the sports industry. Our initiatives include our annual conference, speaker panels, Sports Industry Week, seasonal events, and the Brand Ambassador Program.
Conference
Our three-day flagship event brings together students and top industry professionals for workshops, case competitions, keynote speeches, and networking sessions. Designed to be immersive and career-focused, the conference offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience, build connections, and explore the many facets of the sports business world.
Sports Industry Week
A week-long series of events combining professional development, interactive games, and campus-wide engagement. It celebrates the intersection of sports, business, and student life.
Speaker Panels
QSIC hosts panels with professionals from across the sports industry to share insights, career advice, and real-world experience. These events offer direct exposure to various paths in the field.
Seasonal Events
From trivia nights and holiday parties to Firm Day and the Sports Picks Competition, our seasonal events keep students engaged year-round. They mix fun, networking, and industry learning in a relaxed setting.
BA Program
